The title of the piece ”Vilu” is a Finnish word for the feeling of cold or shivering from the cold. The piece paints an eerie atmosphere of dark and cold yet beautiful landscape where our mind is free to wonder. It is a fantasy and remembrance about the feeling of the cold weather.
Kappaleen otsikko viittaa vilunväristyksiin ja kylmän tunteeseen. Teos maalaa aavemaisen kuvan synkästä ja kylmästä mutta kauniista maisemasta, jossa mieli voi vaeltaa vapaasti. Se on fantasia ja muisto kylmän sään tunteesta.
